We love pets at Encanto Lofts! We welcome up to two pets per apartment. Breed restrictions do apply, so we encourage you to contact the leasing office for the most current list and pet policy details.
Yes! We offer a fully fenced pet park where your furry friends can run, play, and socialize off-leash within our gated community.
Yes, Encanto Lofts is a smoke-free community. Smoking is not permitted in units, on patios, balconies, or in any shared common areas.
Encanto Lofts charges a $50 application fee per applicant aged 18 and older.
Security deposits at Encanto Lofts start at $500 and may go up to one full month’s rent depending on credit approval. We also offer Jetty deposit alternatives for qualified applicants.
Yes, anyone 18 or older who plans to live in the apartment must complete an application and be listed on the lease agreement.
Encanto Lofts requires full rent payments from one account. We do not accept partial payments through the resident portal, so we recommend roommates coordinate payments before submitting.
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Payments can be made online through the resident portal using a credit/debit card or bank account.
